I like this how you manage to transform something so innocent into something so dark... it is very sad painting, actually consumed by sadness... when i see your work recently my heart cries out.

Yes, I myself see that. It's down to lighting issues I think.

I didn't want to make it up too much so I just left it how it was.

It does look somewhat abandoned doesn't it? It was actually from a book on victorians.

Sadness and the melacholy seem to be my style. I dont intend to it just comes out that way.
